Based in a historic Napa building, Ubuntu has a very cutting edge approach to food. Recipes consist of fresh veggies grown in the owners’ “two acre biodynamic garden and vineyard”. Menu items include: warm quince soffrito doughnuts with cool burrata, caramelized napa sunchoke & ‘fuji’ apple chowder, and even chickpea fries. The Ubuntu philosophy includes the sustainable involvement of the food community at large – many of whom attend Ubuntu yoga!
